Welcome to Bodybymommy! Since 2015, I’ve dedicated myself to personal training, transforming lives and fostering a passion for fitness. My journey took a significant turn in 2020 when I faced numerous fitness misconceptions during my pregnancy. This experience inspired me to specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness, aiming to support and empower moms every step of the way.

Why we do this?

Through personal experiences and discussions, I discovered a critical gap in guidance, particularly for people of color. At Bodybymommy, addressing these disparities is a top priority. We offer comprehensive workouts approved by obstetricians and pelvic floor therapists, designed to support moms not just post-birth but for the long term. We challenge the traditional 6 to 8 weeks waiting period, providing a more flexible and supportive approach.

Calvine founded Bodybymommy in 2021 to transform fitness for moms, especially during and after pregnancy. With a passion for helping Moms, Calvine started building her foundation in fitness training in 2015. Drawing from her own experiences, she’s dedicated to providing accessible, safe, and effective fitness solutions for women at all stages of motherhood. Her vision is to build a supportive community where moms feel strong, empowered, and connected.

Lexi is a self-taught chef. She has been whipping up meals with unique and creative flavors for as long as she can remember. Lexi has a passion for food and loves creating simple recipes that anyone can make and enjoy. As a busy mom, she strives to make cooking from scratch as easy as possible.

Hannah is a wellness coach, fitness and mobility specialist, yoga and meditation teacher, stretch therapist, and lover of life! With over 8 years of experience in the wellness industry, she focuses on the ongoing process of a person’s overall wellness. Hannah recognizes that everyone is unique, so no single program, exercise, or way of life works for everyone. She believes that everything is hard before it becomes easy, and we shouldn't miss out on things that could be great just because they seem hard.
